Concrete Revolutio (Series rating: 8/10)

This show is confusing. But it's also very entertaining. I enjoyed it. You might also. Subs are from Daisuki.

    Several episodes won't play subtitles (no english one is present) on top of several lacking subtitles altogether.

    Since the subtitles are external they should play for all episodes or for none at all. Use MPC-HC. I have cannot replicate your problem.
