Higurashi No Naku Koro Ni Kai 13-18 (DVD)

I noticed that WinD's site is down, and they may not finish releasing the last DVD episodes of HiguKai. If they don't you may use this release to complement their DVD episodes and have a full DVD collection of HiguKai.

    No. WinD already released all other episodes. I only released 13-18 because there is a change WinD might not finish. It's more like a safety net.

    does anyone know where i can find the first eps on dvd?

    i can only find wind versions that are probably tv rips as they dont say dvd

    Well, I guess thanks for ripping 13 - 18, but it's just the web site that's down, and that's b/c we can't seem to get a hold of the guy who owns the site so that we can renew it. We are still planning on releasing 13-18. Our IRC channel is still operating and our Tracker is still up.

    I'm not sure if anybody did the DVDs for S1 (although they were licensed for R1 by Geneon before GeneonUSA went belly up, so I'm sure there are R1 DVD rips somewhere) however, WinD didn't. At that time we had a policy (probably stemming from the Shittywater tracker's policy) that we didn't do anything that was licensed for R1, so we never did the DVD versions for S1.

    The rest of Higurashi S2 can be found on WinD channel on their bots, by now it shouldnt be hard to find...

    Is the aspect ratio incorrect? I get vertical black edges and the image looks elongated. The subs are really ugly too. Thanks for the good thought though.
