Sacred Seven (BD, 720, 10bit, AAC) (Show rating: 8/10)

I liked this show very much. While the story wasn't something great, I enjoyed the character interactions and the battles. Kenmi was an excellent villain with absolutely no redeeming quality, they type you love to hate. My only complaint is that the Dark Stone forms looked much better then the Soul Stone ones. There were a few things left unexplained, but I'm pretty sure they'll talk about it in the OVA. If you enjoyed stuff like s-CRY-ed, you'll enjoy this as well. Happy viewing.
Video: 1280x720, 10bit
Audio: stereo, AAC, 320kbps
Subtitles: R2 modified, gg OP/ED

Patches: Episode 01v2    Episode 02v2

  2. "I like the first episode, the animation, the OP/ED and the designs so far."

Well, the first episode of Guilty Crown was also good. But look where we got with that.
    I hope you enjoy yourself.

    2. Are you kidding me? I LOVE Guilty Crown. It's one of the most entertaining shows I've seen this year. If Sacred Seven is like that, HELL YEAH.

  4. Sacred Seven is pretty average, but it was enjoyable enough.

Glad someone is doing the BDs though, the other guy doing them appears to have dropped the project.

Was considering importing them because they come with english subs, but dem prices man.

  6. I also loved this Anime. I thought no one was going to release it so I had to get Zero-raws encodes (1080p)... As for Guilty Crown I haven't watch it yet... I was waiting until the last episode to watch it all... and that is today! Hope you like Sacred Seven as much as I did, and that I enjoy Guilty Crown as well.

BTW, it would be nice if you could post the subtitles for download, so I can mux them in with the raws I got. I actually liked this show enough to want a 1080p version of it. If I'm asking too much I'll just download the eps, and get the subs.

    Thanks

  7. I'm the one who suggested you do this one, so I'm really grateful.
    Thanks ^_^.

  8. Question Hiro! Why don't you encode 1080p????

    ReplyDelete
  9. I gathered that, but because you're computer can't handle it, takes too long to encode, what?

    1. No, it can handle it. I just don't see the point. There is no real noticeable difference for me from 720p to 1080p, but 1080 is 3 times as large.

    2. Just my point... and that's why I love your releases :D
Thanks for episode 03 of Sacred Seven!

    3. One thing you must know, Dmon never encodes from BDMVs, he always re-encodes 1080P rips done by ripping groups into 720P.
If you want 1080P, then get the raws from either zero-raws or ruell as he used one of those. ^^

    4. Actually, in encode plenty from BDMV. I just never mention the source.

  14. R2 modified? Is that some official subs from the bluray?

    Replies
    1. Yeah, there were English subs on the Blurays. But there were some translation and editing errors I had to fix.

  15. Sorry to ask here, but is there a way to get hold of your omake release for Shikabane Hime? the torrent is unseeded, and there's no DDL.

  17. I liked this show but the episode that were aired was subbed from ggsubs and then I found out later that ggsubs is troll subs. I couldn't enjoy sacred seven very well because of the subs they did and the one episode they decided to change the OP theme song and replaced it with a damn nigga song

    1. Don't forget the name changes and other issues... I personally modified their release for my archive, but after DmonHiro completed this BD project I've replaced everything with his, because he did a great job.

    2. That is one reason gg is going bust...another is these kind of comments on other sites...

  18. This is nice and all (good work) yet i feel let down, you showed the results of the suggestion poll, then said "hey i will get those out asap!" then promptly went and did everything but what you promised

    1. Wasn't a poll. Also never said I would get right on them or say that there was any sort of order.
