Kokoro Connect (BD, 720p) (Series rating 9/10)

Absolutely fantastic show. The emotions were great, the tension just kept getting higher and higher. I'm very sad they won't be making more of this.

  1. Any possibility of re-adding the original songs for the opening/endings? I do not mean to say you should remove the new songs, just add the ones used in the TV broadcast so the viewer has a choice.

    1. From my understanding, only the first opening is missing from the BD release. It's on Clean Ending 0.

    1. About one volume every 2-3 days, I think. Until we reach 6, cause 7's not out yet.

  6. Dmon thank you as always for unstanding releases :p Just one thing I noticed is: the actual file name is named "Kokoto" connect instead of "Kokoro" connect. Thanks again and have a good one!

  7. "Kokoto Connect" should be "Kokoro Connect" in the filenames of Volume 1.

  8. Thanks for this!

Just have a couple of suggestions...more like requests, though. Anyway, could you like change the MIME type of the default dialogue font to truetype? That way, it would be properly displayed. Also, don't you have the Beyond Sky font, which is what you're using for the OP? I looked for it myself and it's a commercial font, btw. Probably better to replace it with a free font or if you have the full version, please mux it.

    Again, thanks for KC. :D

    1. Haali Media Splitter doesn't support application/x-font-ttf. It hasn't been updated in like 2 years, and I don't use it or support it.

Also... I don't have the Beyond Sky font either it seems, so actually, the OP looks like it should even without it.

  9. I don't get it. If Haali Media Splitter doesn't support application/x-truetype-font, wouldn't that mean all the other fonts would be displayed as default per the media player's settings? Coz only Stone Sans is set to opentype.

As for the OP, here's what I see: http://i.imgur.com/0oq8fdg.jpg
I'm using MPC-HC with madVR for the video decoder.
I don't know much about codecs and stuff to tell you the truth.

    1. Wish I could give you a simple answer, but it depends a lot on your settings/filters/etc.
Yes, any font not recognized by Haali should be rendered as default. But Haali only has problems with Open Types, from what I understand. I don't know, I don't use it.
Are you sure you ARE using Haali though?

Also, the OP in your picture looks just like mine, and that's how it's supposed to look.

    2. I see. It's just that when I changed the MIME type to truetype, the style of the subtitle was properly displayed (except for the OP because there is no Beyond Sky font). I think I am using Haali, but I don't think MPC-HC uses it to play your KC because I don't see the tray icon. The icon appears when I play something with ordered chapters. As for my settings, all I can tell you is that I installed CCCP. I then installed madVR for my video decoder.

Hmm...I see, so the OP is supposed to be not styled. Kinda weird since the ED is styled, but it doesn't really matter since I don't watch the OP/ED all the time.

Thanks for replying. I'll be looking forward to the upcoming volumes. :D

    3. PS
The Haali icon was just hidden. It's there. LOL

Btw: dou you know where/how to get your Saki release? There are no more seeders for the nyaa torrents and a search with the almighty google and isogunt returned nothing ...
